ORDERING
All custom orders must be placed through the Custom Order Form on my website. Full payment is required before I begin any work. Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, and photos before submitting—what you send is what I use.
PROCESSING TIME
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Larger or specialty items may take 10–14 business days. Rush options are available when my schedule allows and will include an additional fee.
SHIPPING & PICKUP
I ship within the United States. Shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after production.
Local pickup is available, and instructions will be provided after your order is complete.
Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, the carrier is responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All custom items are final sale. Because every order is designed specifically for you, I cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If I make an error, I will gladly correct it.
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
DESIGN PROOFS
Some items include a digital proof before printing. Please review and approve your proof promptly. Delayed approvals will delay your order. Production will not continue until approval is received.
PHOTO & FILE QUALITY
For the best results, please upload high-quality, clear photos. Blurry, dark, or cropped images may affect the final print. If your image is too low quality, I will notify you for a replacement.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes can only be made within the first 24 hours. After production has started, changes are no longer possible.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. I will review the situation and assist accordingly.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
I do not sell or recreate copyrighted or licensed characters for commercial resale purposes.
I may create character-inspired designs for personal-use events only (birthdays, baby showers, etc.).

How do I place a custom order?

How long does it take?

Do you send previews?
For certain items, yes. If your product includes a proof, you’ll receive one to approve before I print.

Do you ship?
Yes! I ship anywhere in the U.S. Tracking will be sent once your order ships.
What if my package is delayed?
Contact USPS or UPS for updates. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Can I use photos from my phone?
Yes, as long as the photo is clear. Blurry images = blurry results.

Do you accept last-minute orders?
When possible! Message me before purchasing to confirm availability.
